About Maya AIWhat lives on a vendor record?
Contacts, addresses, SKUs supplied, documents, performance scorecards, news, notes and activity, plus an internal point of contact and a credit limit. Vendors can be created and updated in bulk from CSV, keyed by vendor code.
How do document expiries work?
Certificates and paperwork upload straight to cloud storage with expiry tracking surfaced on the vendor dashboard. Archiving keeps superseded paperwork retrievable, and you define your own document types, categories and tags.
Are supplier scores calculated automatically?
No. Periodic scorecards rate quality, delivery, price and service from 0 to 10 and are entered by a person. The system shows when a reviewer's overall rating disagrees with their own detail scores.
What is the marketplace?
A shared directory of verified vendors curated by Arthiva. Adopt one into your own list in a click, with duplicate detection first, and link vendors you already have to their marketplace record.
Can vendor changes require approval?
Yes. Vendor creation, marketplace imports, deactivation, blacklisting, and unblacklisting can each route through an approval workflow you define, with structured rejection reasons.
Does Vendor management work on its own?
Yes. Vendor management is sold as its own module. Run it alone or with Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, and Production.
