Finding your way around

Overview

Everything in Arthiva hangs off the left sidebar. Dashboard and Approvals (with a live count of decisions waiting on you) sit at the top; below them, collapsible groups hold each module you're entitled to, Logistics, Inventory, Vendor Management, Purchasing, and AI: with Settings at the bottom. The group containing the page you're on opens automatically.

Pin what you use most

A Pinned section at the top of the sidebar holds your personal favorites. Use Edit menu, pin & reorder at the bottom of the sidebar to pin pages and drag them into the order you want, then Done editing.

The command palette

Press ⌘K (or use the search button in the header) to open the command palette and jump straight to records, pages, or actions without touching the sidebar.

Where settings live

• Settings → User Management: people, invites, roles, and permissions.
• Settings → Workspace Settings: your org profile, primary owner, and support access.
• Settings → Approval workflows: reusable sign-off chains.
• Settings → SSO: single sign-on configuration and enforcement.
• Settings → Module settings: per-module master data and rules, including Purchasing's cost centres, budget periods, budget rules, and approval rules.

What you see is shaped by your permissions and your org's modules, so your sidebar may show a subset of the above.
