Vendors, scorecards, and the marketplace
Overview
Vendor Management → Vendors holds your supplier records: classifications, contacts, documents (certificates, agreements), evaluations, and the SKUs each vendor supplies. Viewing requires vendor:read; editing requires vendor:write.
Performance scorecards
Each vendor's scorecard is computed from what actually happened, nightly: on-time delivery from promised dates vs. receipts, quality from inspection outcomes, and price variance from quotes vs. invoices. Nobody fills in a survey — the scorecard is your transaction history talking.
The marketplace
Vendor Management → Marketplace is a curated supplier directory maintained by the Arthiva team. Browse by category, and link a marketplace vendor into your own vendor list to start working with them — or submit a request for a supplier you'd like added to the directory.
