Custom fields and field configuration
Overview
Org admins can extend built-in forms with custom attributes and tune built-in fields from the field-configuration settings — so intake forms match how your team actually works instead of the other way round.
Custom attributes
Attributes can be defined for RMA headers, RMA items, the return leg, the replacement leg, and catalogue entities. Each has a type (text, number, date, single or multi select, boolean), optional choices, a required flag, and display ordering. Values entered appear on the detail page and in exports.
Tuning built-in fields
Built-in fields can be marked required, optional, or hidden per organisation where the workflow allows it. Changes take effect immediately for new entries; existing records keep the values they already have.
